He holds an MBA (Technology Management), BA in Accounting, & BA in Business Administration (Double major in Finance and Economics). Andrew is a strategic business process management leader with over 25 years of global experience delivering business solutions, CRM systems implementation, organizational development (structure & design) and change management execution, performance management, business intelligence reporting platforms, corporate financial planning & analysis (FP&A) management reporting and training, market (digital) analytics, revenue growth identification and realization, and resource and workforce planning to clients. An expert in all aspects of product and project management life cycle, quality system assessments and audits, lean six sigma process re-engineering and implementation for clients. Andrew has been dedicated to driving Six Sigma lean process re-engineering and system implementation improvement and efficiencies since 2007; eliminating wastes and redundancy at all levels of a global company’s operations. He is a trusted advisor and business partner with history of conducting strategic planning, identifying and mitigating business risks, while building and maintaining strong customer relationships across all levels of an organization.
Andrew works in collaboration and partnership with clients to undertake strategic planning efforts to guide and focus activities towards achievement of a vision, mission and set of supporting goals and objectives.
